Experience healing and restoration for yourself through wellness classes, interactive workshops, and community building activities.
Then learn how to apply that healing to others by attending our educational workshops that provide 25 Continuing Education credits for therapists.
Build an intimate community while healing with yoga, art, music, food, nature, and laughter!
What’s Included?
Luxury Accommodations (7 days, 6 nights). Fully relax in elegant rooms designed with your comfort and serenity in mind.
All Meals and Refreshments. Three meals will be catered each day, as well as an assortment of snacks and desserts.
25 Continuing Education Credits for Mental Health Professionals. Gain up to 25 CEs on Decolonizing Therapy, Holistic Methods of Healing, Ethics, and more!
Intimate Environment. This retreat will have a max of 20 attendees to allow for stimulating conversations, deep connections, and a peaceful environment.
Daily Yoga, Walks, and Meditation. Heal through movement, mindfulness, and nature through these guided activities.
Group Activities. Have fun and make friends with activities like wine tasting, arts and crafts, game night, and more!
Private Hours. Retreats are meant to be relaxing. Enjoy dedicated time to yourself.

Yes! There are food options for various diet restrictions. If you have a severe allergy or intolerance, please inform us so we can verify cross-contamination protocols.

All reservations require a $500 deposit. Your remaining balance will be divided into three and invoiced in monthly intervals.
Payment plans started after March 15 will be billed every two weeks.
All payments must be made in full by April 30, 2026.

Cancellations prior to February 15 are eligible for a 100% refund (excluding the deposit.
Cancellations prior to March 15 are eligible for a 75% refund (excluding the deposit.
Cancellations prior to April 30 are eligible for a 50% refund (excluding the deposit.
Cancellations after April 30 are not eligible for refund.

All attendees must be up to date on flu and covid vaccinations, as is reasonable for their health status
Workshops will be held outdoors when possible to increase airflow
