Integrative Health Coach - Level 1

This program is for people new to coaching. This certification goes beyond basic coaching techniques and teaches you how to see each person as an integrated being.

In additional to a traditional coaching curriculum, you will learn how emotions effect the body and brain, how a person’s enviornment affects their well being, and how to make healing fun using food, music, movement, art, and BDSM.

This is an 8-week course that requires 40 hours of study - 24 hours of instructor-led practice via Zoom and 16 hours of self-study and peer practice.

Curriculum Overview

Río Horcasitas Aubryn is an Executive Function and ADHD Coach with 6+ years of experience helping clients meet their goals. They are dually accredited with Universal Coaching Alliance and the Association for Coaching.

Jayden Aubryn is a licensed therapist, Certified Personal Trainer, and Holistic Health Coach. They maintain 2 licenses and 7 active certifications centering holistic and integrative healing. They have been educating other health professionals since 2020.

Integrative Health Coach - Level 2

This program is for active coaches and therapists looking to expand their integrative healing toolbox.

You will build off your existing clinical knowledge by developing mastery over cognitive and skill-based modalities, learn the neuroscience and physiology of alternative healing modalities, and practice the clinical application of movement, food, expressive arts, and BDSM.

This is a 5 day intensive course consisting of 40 hours of instruction and peer practice. It will be held in Valencia, Spain.

Completion of this program also qualifies for 23 CE Credits for Licensed Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists, and Mental Health Counselors.
