If you’ve ever felt limited in a traditional therapy session, intensives are for you. Therapy intensives allow you to explore the core of your concerns, with the time and support to heal from them.

Prior to the intensive, we will have a meet to establish your concerns and goals. During the intensive, we’ll use somatic techniques, expressive arts, movement practices, and other modalities to unearth and heal from traumatic wounds. Afterwards, we’ll have a follow up session to process and integrate your experience.​
