About the Retreat
This retreat has it all: serenity, nature, healing, fun!
Experience healing and restoration through movement. You will leave this retreat feeling confident in your body, free of stress and past traumas, and strong enough to handle whatever the world throws at you.
You will be guided through yoga, dance, twerk, and other movement practices. Then, you will nourish your body through food, massage, and restorative classes.
All movement is practiced from an anti-diet, Health at Every Size lens. Regardless of ability or fitness level, you will find movement that feels healing to your soul.
Located on the eastern coast of Spain, this retreat is the perfect escape to natural beauty and inner strength. Whether you’re looking for a tranquil afternoon by the pool or an exciting walk with goats, you will leave this retreat with a nourished soul.
Best of all, you will be in an intimate community of people moving, healing, and growing together!
What’s Included?
Luxury Accommodations (5 days, 4 nights). Fully relax in elegant rooms designed with your comfort and serenity in mind.
Meals and Refreshments. Three meals will be catered each day spent at the venue, as well as an assortment of snacks and desserts.
Transportation. Remove travel stress with pre-arranged transportation from the Alicante airport.
Intimate Environment. This retreat will have a max of 15 attendees to allow for stimulating conversations, deep connections, and a peaceful environment.
Daily Yoga and Meditation. Heal through movement, mindfulness, and nature through these guided activities.
Excursions: Walk with goats, tour nearby cities, attend an Ayurvedic cooking class, and more!
