I’ve worked with a variety of service-based providers, including therapists, coaches, and non-profits to make their systems more efficient and bring ease to their day-to-day.  I especially enjoy working with neurodivergent business owners.

  • I am experienced with Sessions Health, Simple Practice, and TherapyNotes. I am open to learning other EHRs.

  • Yes! I offer insurance paneling for most major insurance companies including Medicare. I will also advise on how to optimize your CAQH profile, and setup your ERAs and EFT payments within your EHR.

  • Yes! I have experience with associate billing with BCBS, Aetna, Premera and Regence.

  • Billing is designed to be simple and hands-off for you. I handle claims submission, copay processing, and monitoring insurance payments. When a new client is scheduled, I verify their benefits and send them their copay information.

    Most communication happens asynchronously via email, and I am always happy to offer explanations.

    Project management including courses and practice transitions are collaborative, and honest. I am here as your thought partner. I am informed by my own experience as a business owner and an executive function coach.
