Job Description
Position Overview:
TISE Consulting and Therapy is seeking a Psychotherapist. The Psychotherapist role will provide diagnostic and clinical mental health services to adults, couples, families, teenagers, and/or children experiencing an array of clinical symptoms. This position is fully remote, with the option of in-person work. We are currently looking for associate level or fully licensed Clinical Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists, or Mental Health Counselors.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Perform clinical mental health services to patients of TISE Consulting and Therapy, as scheduled, and in accordance with company policies.
Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to work is required.
Be properly licensed and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the services performed for TISE Consulting and Therapy.
Respond to patients’ requests for service or calls within 48 hours whether such requests are made in person, by phone, voicemail, etc. Respond to such requests by meeting, evaluating, and providing services to such patients.
Communicate with a patient’s treatment team (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.) as necessary.
Complete written records for each patient including, but not limited to: intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, termination notes, contract notes, and other forms or documents which may be needed or required from time-to-time by TISE Consulting and Therapy or third parties in conjunction with the treatment of the patient within a timely fashion (within 24 hours of client interaction).
Keep patient files accurate and up to date.
Attend weekly, mandatory staff meetings
Regularly attend trainings and continuing education as directed by TISE Consulting and Therapy.
Attend bimonthly clinical supervision and/or consultation.
Conduct and regulate counseling services in a professional manner so as to maintain and increase the good will and reputation of TISE Consulting and Therapy.
Be respectful of and cooperative and collaborative with co-workers.
Meet with a maximum of 25 clients per week.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
Align with TISE Consulting and Therapy’s mission, vision, and values.
Must be punctual in reporting to work.
Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling or social work; and an active, unrestricted license (PhD, PsyD, LICSW(A), LMFT(A) or LMHC(A) in the State of WA. A copy of license must be provided to TISE Consulting and Therapy.
Available to hold a maximum of 25 client sessions per week, provided such sessions are available and referred/scheduled by TISE Consulting and Therapy.

Benefits
Salary of up to $111,200 for fully licensed clinicians.
Salary of up to $99,500 for associate level clinicians.
