Training Philosophy
I bring a trauma-informed, health at every size, accessibility-aware, anti-diet, and growth mindset to personal training sessions. As a lifelong dancer and athlete, I believe in emphasizing functional movement. What would you like to be able to do with your body? Let’s get you there.
I will also include your mental health goals into training. Struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, concentration, body dysmorphia, or other mental health struggles? We will adapt your workouts to make progress in both your mental and physical health goals.
Our bodies do not distinguish between mental and physical health. So let’s embark on a journey of holistic health care together!
