My goal is to improve your relationship with your body, thoughts, and emotions. I don’t believe there is anything you should or should not do, think, or feel - only what’s more helpful or more harmful. I will help you learn to decipher how your body communicates to you and the most effective ways to communicate back.

I do this by practicing compassionate accountability, direct communication, providing psychoeducation, and using a mix of therapeutic modalities to best fit the clients’ needs. I practice holistic healthcare, which means exploring your mental, physical, emotional, sexual, and spiritual health to help you express your most authentic self. I will also acknowledge societal impacts on daily functioning, especially those of white supremacy, patriarchy, and capitalism, in an effort to decolonize therapy.
