My approach to healing is holistic and intergenerational. I believe getting in touch with one’s histories and culture offer insight into historical ruptures, help us understand our traumas, and break unhealthy cycles to provide a source for healing.

Let’s discuss how your everyday experiences affect your mental health and relationships. You will have a safe space to talk about thoughts of harm or suicide, explore stored trauma, understand your identities on a deeper level, and build a positive relationship with your body - anxiety and all! During the therapeutic journey, we will work to create healthier relationships and secure attachments with community, family, friends, and partner(s).

You will discover your power and agency by using a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach. Together, we will get to the roots of your problems by honoring your personal and family history, systemic barriers, and the “-isms” that shape your world. You will learn to take ownership of your growth and create change that feels right for you.
