My approach to healing is intergenerational; getting in touch with one’s histories and culture offer insight into historical ruptures, help us understand our traumas, and provide a source for healing.
Together, we will focus on how our every day experiences affect your mental health. You will learn how to uncover the power and agency you hold. We’ll explore the challenges you’re facing and uncover their roots. This includes exploring intergenerational patterns, personal and family history, systemic barriers, or the “-isms” that shape your world.
Using a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach, you will learn to take ownership of your growth and create change that feels right for you.
